Hatem Naguib

President & CEO

Hatem joined Barracuda in 2016, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and delivering innovative products in enterprise software, cloud services, data center virtualization, software defined networking, and security. Hatem has deep technical and domain expertise in security, and strong customer and operational focus. Under his leadership, the team has successfully launched several offerings in Email, Network, Application Security, and integrated products. Hatem has been instrumental in the successful cloud transformation of Barracuda through his vision for Barracuda’s leading security solutions and by continually expanding its operational capabilities to meet the security challenges faced by businesses and institutions today.

Zachary Levow

EVP & Founder CTO

As co-founder and CTO at Barracuda Networks, Zach leads the innovation and development of Barracuda Networks’ solutions. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, where he perfected his craft. He’s been instrumental in ensuring Barracuda has built on its strong heritage in email and web security appliances, evolving this portfolio to offer true end-to-end purpose-built solutions for organizations of all sizes.

Previously: Affinity Path, Spinway Inc., Sun Microsystems, Motorola Inc.

Fun Fact: Black belt at 13 years old.

Dustin Driggs

CFO

Dustin joined Barracuda on January 2007. He helped scale the finance and accounting operations as the company grew from $30 million in revenue through the company’s initial public offering in November 2013. As CFO he worked alongside BJ Jenkins to both close and integrate a number of strategic acquisitions. Most recently, he was instrumental in the $1.6b transaction to transition Barracuda from a public company to privately owned.

Erin Hintz

SVP & CMO

Erin brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience to her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Barracuda. She has been instrumental in defining the company’s market growth strategy, and drives worldwide demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing, communications and brand marketing. Erin has a track record of successfully scaling SaaS businesses in both B2B and consumer products.

Previously: Urban Airship, Citrix, Symantec.

Fun Fact: Pro sports fanatic; childhood winner of public speaking contests.

Brian Babineau

Chief Customer Officer

A Boston native, Brian is responsible for Barracuda’s Customer Success organization, ensuring that customers receive positive outcomes throughout their security journey with Barracuda. Under Brian’s leadership, Customer Success brings together key groups including global technical support, services, training, and client success managers to facilitate unique, innovative experiences. Before taking on the Customer Success role, Brian served as VP of Product Marketing and then led the team that quintupled Barracuda’s MSP business. 

Previously: NetApp, EMC, Enterprise Strategy Group.

Fun Fact: Trick-or-treated at the ‘Say Hey Kid’s’ house (as an adult).

Fleming Shi

CTO

Fleming joined Barracuda in 2004 as the founding engineer for the company’s web security product offerings, helping to create the first version of Barracuda’s message archiving product and paving the way for expansion into new content security product areas. As Chief Technology Officer, Fleming leads the company’s threat research and innovation engineering teams in building future technology platforms to deliver continued success in our security and data protection products. He has more than 20 patents granted or pending in network and content security.

Fun Fact: First computer was a Commodore VIC-20.

Simon Yeo

SVP & CIO

Simon is responsible for Barracuda’s cloud, IT, and security operations. He brings over 25 years’ industry experience with expertise spanning public and private cloud, datacenters, network engineering, devops, systems engineering, site reliability, storage and more.

Tech has always been an interest of Simon’s, and he studied computer science and engineering at UCLA before earning a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Ken Martin

SVP, Worldwide Manufacturing Operations

Ken Martin joined Barracuda in 2006. As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations Ken is responsible for ensuring a world-class operation with timely response to both customer orders and engineering needs. He has over 20 years of expertise and experience in all business processes relating to manufacturing management, and has built a reputation for making businesses operate more smoothly. He has grown manufacturing and logistics from running two product lines to more than 12 unique product lines.

Previously: Aspect Communications, Symtron, Flextronics, Harmonic Lightwaves.

Fun Fact: Captain of U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.

Hossein Ghazizadeh

SVP Techinal Support & Chief Services Officer

Hossein joined Barracuda in 2006 and leads customer support and training operations worldwide. He has developed and optimized a customer feedback loop to capture customer response, leading to significant increases in customer satisfaction. Under his leadership his team of 350+ engineers have been awarded the SC Magazine Excellence Award for Best Customer Service and Support multiple years.

Hossein has 25 years’ experience with a proven "hands-on" management approach and a belief in the value of team building through training, coaching and development.

Diane Honda

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary for Barracuda since 2011, Diane oversees worldwide human resource, compliance, risk management, and legal matters including strategic and operational oversight. Diane played a pivotal role in Barracuda’s IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, as well as its sale to Thoma Bravo, successfully developing and implementing legal and human resource infrastructures, organizational strategy, processes, and controls.

Previously: Extreme Networks, Carnegie Mellon.

Fun Fact: Copyrighted a song she wrote for her school graduation.

Chris Ross

SVP, International Sales

Graduate of the University of the West of England, UK, Chris joined Barracuda in 2015 and, as SVP of International Sales, leads the sales organization outside of the Americas. Chris brings with him almost 25 years of experience as a General Manager and VP Sales for both leading industry names and emerging technology companies. He is the driving force behind Barracuda’s growth outside the US.

Previously: Arcserve, CA Technologies, BakBone Software, Symantec, PowerQuest, Quarterdeck.

Fun Fact: Speaks German, French and Spanish.

Glenn Esposito

SVP, Sales and Field Operations

Glenn is responsible for driving revenue growth across Barracuda’s product portfolio and oversees the development and strategic direction of all sales and field operations in the Americas. He brings more than 18 years of experience in leading sales and channel teams in the areas of network, application, and cloud security.

Glenn’s history with Barracuda began in 2010 when he joined as Director of Sales following Barracuda’s acquisition of Purewire Inc. He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BBA from Hofstra University.
