Barracuda Awards and Certifications

CRN has again recognized Barracuda with a 5-Star rating its annual Partner Program Guide. The 5-Star rating is awarded to an exclusive group of companies that offer solution providers the best of the best, going above and beyond in their partner programs.

Barracuda has been recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice in the 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Email Security report. This recognition is based on end-user feedback verified by Gartner.

CRN has named Barracuda to its annual Security 100 list for the fifth year in a row. This list recognizes leading IT channel security vendors. Barracuda was recognized in the Web, Email and Application Security category.

Both Chad Lindsey, who is Sales Vice President, Americas Channels & Field Operations at Barracuda, and Neal Bradbury, who is Vice President of MSP Strategic Partnerships at Barracuda MSP, made 2021 CRN Channel Chiefs list.

Barracuda was included in CRN’s list of the 25 Hottest Edge Security Companies. CRN pointed to the November launch of Barracuda CloudGen WAN and the November acquisition of Fyde as deciding factors.

Barracuda Essentials named overall winner in Email Security category of the 2020 CRN Products of the Year. The solution also won the following subcategories: customer demand, revenue and profit, and technology.

Barracuda Message Bus was named a finalist in the MSP Technology category of the CRN 2020 Tech Innovator Awards.

Barracuda CloudGen WAN has been recognized as a finalist in the Networking – SD-WAN category of the 2020 CRN 2020 Tech Innovator Awards.

Barracuda won Platinum in the category for web application firewalls in the Security-Insider Reader’s Choice IT Awards 2020.

In the CYBERSECasia Awards 2020, Barracuda was recognized for Best Web & Email Security. The CybersecAsia Awards recognizes Asia’s leaders in cybersecurity for the critical roles played and the huge advances and innovations made over the last two years.

In its 2020 MSP Innovation Awards, Channel Partner Insight recognized Barracuda with the award for Best Security Offering.

Barracuda Total Email Protection, which bundles four industry-leading solutions in a single package, was recognized for providing comprehensive protection against business email compromise, account takeover, and CEO fraud.

Barracuda Sentinel was described by judges as an “Excellent use of ML”, with one commenting, “What Barracuda do in this space is exceptionally important and offering a critical layer of email protection.”
